How should I answer the phone?

Please continue to answer the phone as you currently do. I.e. if you work at a Russell location, please continue to answer the phone as Russell and vice versa for Hendrix.

As we integrate branches there will be further instructions on how to answer the phone going forward.

Veuillez  continuer à répondre au téléphone comme vous le faites actuellement, c’est-à-dire si vous travaillez dans un emplacement Russell veuillez répondre Russell et vice versa pour Hendrix.
